About the Role:

The Laboratory Manager will effectively and efficiently manage the Quality Control team, ensure that all latest techniques in the field are introduced and adopted, and engage principles of continual improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in laboratory science, food science, or microbiology.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the poultry processing plant industry or similar environment.
• Ability to work with quality management and preferably with quality control aspects.
• Experience in solving quality and hygiene operational issues.
• Proficiency with HACCP systems.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
