Lanserhof Marbella laboratory seeks an experienced medical laboratory technician with leadership skills to head the lab, ensure quality, manage the team, and maintain regulatory standards while delivering fast diagnostic services.

You will oversee sample reception, analyses, PRP processing, and collaboration with doctors. Requires MTL/MTLA or equivalent, several years in diagnostics, Spanish and English, and a disciplined approach with a focus on quality.

Formación

• Completed training as MTL/MTLA or equivalent.
• Several years’ professional experience in a medical or diagnostic laboratory setting.
• Initial management experience or coordinating teams is advantageous.
• Knowledge of quality management and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and modern laboratory technology.
• Good knowledge of Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Overall technical and organisational responsibility for the laboratory department.
• Management, development and scheduling of the laboratory team.
• Ensure smooth running of the laboratory while complying with quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Responsibility for sample reception, sample preparation, analysis and documentation of results.
• Supervision of the preparation of blood samples, infusions and diagnostic examinations.
• Coordination and quality assurance of medical tests such as ECGs and other preventive exams.
• Preparation and processing of PRP treatments with modern centrifuge systems.
• Supporting audits, certification processes and regulatory inspections.
