Actual Talent represents a molecular diagnostics company recruiting a Laboratory Scientist for its R&D team in Barcelona. You will perform a broad range of laboratory procedures and experiments, ensuring high-quality data and documentation. The role requires good laboratory practices and the ability to present results to senior staff.

Fluency in English is required, with Spanish or Catalan also preferred. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative diagnostic solutions and collaborate

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biological or related sciences.
• Basic knowledge of biological and chemical lab procedures and equipment operation.
• Knowledge of molecular biology techniques is valued.
• Industrial or translational research experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a broad range of laboratory procedures and experiments.
• Communicate progress and results to supervisor and team.
• Prepare graphs, summaries and technical notes of experiments.
• Write laboratory procedures and review existing methods.
• Contribute to R&D projects with disciplined documentation.
