What are we looking for?

• A Labor Lawyer with at least 4 years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
• Mode of telework: hybrid.

Requirements:

• Law Degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Labor and legal consulting.
• Negotiation and dealings with works councils, union representatives, and health and safety committees.
• Management of legal proceedings and labor inspections with internal and external lawyers.
• Management of work schedules.
• Management and negotiation of Equality Plans and monitoring committees.
• Drafting of labor and legal documents and agreements.
