Role Mission

Responsible for the management, maintenance, and supply of spare parts for label printing equipment. Their main function is to ensure the availability of parts and consumables necessary for the proper functioning of the printers, optimizing operating times and reducing the impact of technical failures. It is required to provide technical support to the production of the Spare Parts area and label printing.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Collaborate and lead new printing projects.
  • Provide support to the printing department of other production plants.
  • Participate in the industrialization of new projects.
  • Participate in change control meetings.
  • Participate in adapting the spare parts factory design and label printing.
  • Participate in spare parts generation and discontinuation processes.
  • Generate manufacturing methods and instructions.
  • Design and maintain equipment that supports the various processes.
  • Create and maintain databases.
  • Review documentation generated by the department.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Previous experience, 3 years in spare parts management and maintenance of printing equipment, preferably in labels.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.
  • Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Be available to travel occasionally. You have user-level knowledge of MS Office and SAP software.
  • Specialization Lean Six Sigma Experience – GMP (Valuable).
