Vitrolife Group in Valencia is seeking a Sample Reception Assistant on a temporary basis to ensure accurate reception, registration and documentation of patient samples. You will support the lab team, maintain data accuracy and quality standards, and handle administrative tasks with a focus on patient care.

The role requires an Administration degree, English at B2 level, and experience with Outlook/Excel. Navision ERP knowledge is preferred.

Formación

• Degree or FP in Administration.
• Knowledge or training in Biology is valuable.
• Level B2 English speaking and writing.
• Office advanced user (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Valuable ERP Navision experience.
• Healthcare/clinic experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow lab procedures for sample handling and record test results.
• Handle customer requests by email, phone, etc.
• Manage documentation requirements.
• Oversee outsourcing of the sample reception area.
• Provide administrative support to the laboratory team.
• Ensure accuracy and proofread documentation before registering data.
• Enter and update client data in the software.
• Identify problems that may affect test performance and notify supervisor.
• Document corrective actions when test systems deviate from specifications.
