Eurofins Consumer Product Testing Division seeks a CRM/ComLIMS specialist based in Parque Industrial de Elche, Alicante. You will support CRM and ComLIMS/LIMS implementations, manage related data, and collaborate on marketing, sales and operations tasks within the division.

The role requires fluency in English, ability to travel internationally, and a strong business-minded scientific background. Proactive teamwork and solid communication are essential.

Formación

• Business background with a degree in Biochemistry or similar scientific field and strong business experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Fluent English required; Mandarin Chinese appreciated.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Agile, structured mind and teamwork orientation.
• Strong communication and argumentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of CRM, ComLIMS and LIMS in labs or business units not using them.
• Manage CRM and ComLIMS databases across the Division.
• Contribute to and deploy tasks/projects related to marketing, sales, production and business development.

Job Description

Eurofins Consumer Product Testing Division is a rapidly expanding group of approx. 80 laboratories within the Eurofins Scientific Corporation. The Division is focused on Quality Assurance and Quality of Control of all sorts of consumer goods except Pharma and Food products (which are handled by other sister Divisions). The MS CRM (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management) System Is The Main Eurofins Software Application For Customer Data Management. The Main Functionalities Are

• Account Management
• Opportunity Management
• Customer Service management
• Marketing

The ComLIMS is a software-based Laboratory Information Management System which not just supports our laboratories' internal operations but those of the Eurofins Community as a whole. The ComLIMS database containing each labs’s offer (tests, packages, sales catalogues…) is thereby shared to facilitate cross-selling throughout our laboratory network.

DMS – Document management system, is a SharePoint-type internal tool

The position

• New position open since 8th of July, 2024 to join an existing team to support business growth.
• Based in Parque Industrial de Elche, Alicante.
• Reporting to: CRM & ComLIMS responsible for Consumer Product Testing Division.

Qualifications

• Business background - Degree in Biochemistry , or other scientific background with strong business experience.
• Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Fluent English is a must, Mandarin Chinese is appreciated
• Ability to travel internationally
• Agile and structured mind, teamwork oriented
• Good communication skills, ability to defend your position with sound arguments

Roles of the position

• Support the implementation of CRM, ComLIMS and LIMS or both in the labs or business units that don’t currently use them.
• CRM and ComLIMS database management throughout the Division.
• Contribution to- and deployment of any further tasks and projects assigned by your superior, related to marketing, sales, production and business development/performance.

CRM Responsibilities

• Support to the customization/configuration of the tool to the business requirements (e.g. definition of concepts, fields, lists, rules, naming conventions, form and report templates, guidelines, language settings, etc.)
• Contribute to the reinforcement of the use of the tool throughout the Division
• Support to users, provision of access & rights
• Support to CRM responsible in preparing materials for user training and support
• Support to data quality & integrity (data source integrity, account ownership rules, avoidance of duplicates, etc.)

ComLIMS Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the pricing in the ERP along with the production teams
• Ensure that the complete service offer is contained in the ERP
• Contribute to the customization of the extractable (from ComLIMS), structured and well documented sales catalogues
• Maintain the necessary links between ComLIMS, CRM a LIMS.

DMS And Other Minor Tools

• Support to maintenance of the tools and troubleshooting.
