Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Healthcare Consultant Solutions to visit hospitals and laboratories, collect customer data, and design optimal workflows using CAD tools like AutoCAD. You will analyze lab processes, collaborate with architects and PMs, and present value-driven proposals.

Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally is required. Strong visualization, 3D modelling, and English proficiency are essential to support pre-, during-, and post-sales phases and deliver measurable

Formación

• Master/bachelor in biomedical sciences or engineer in chemistry/biology/physics.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of building/healthcare industry standards.
• Clinical lab workflow knowledge and experience in lab consulting or project management.
• Analytical mindset, strong IT affinity and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze lab processes and workflows to identify customer issues and needs from data collection and on-site observation.
• Collaborate with architects, facilities and contractors to define environmental requirements and prepare high-quality layout outputs.
• Develop customer proposals that demonstrate value and align with business/sales/marketing strategy.
• Present the value of our solution to customers and internal teams, highlighting differentiators and potential savings.
• Support tender responses for complex automation projects and technical matters.
• Assist Project Manager in transition discussions with customers and change management.
• Organize customer workshops to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
• Follow up with PM/Sales/Service teams to monitor workflows and IT solution deployments.
• Select strategic accounts for lab optimization and quantify improvements for customer value.
