Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as an L3 Support Engineer.
Job responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot all L3 cases for complex products and platforms, including identifying causes, resolving issues, testing, and generating patches.
- Work on the container deployment flavor of the product, recently released.
- Collaborate with L2 support, development, and delivery teams to analyze, debug, and resolve product issues.
- Assist peers in R&D with commitment and ownership to drive issues to closure, utilizing strong communication skills.
Job requirements:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Shell scripting; Linux and Unix scripting (Bash).
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn virtualization and containerization technologies like Docker & Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred additional skills:
- Experience with HPE eIUM.
- Knowledge of telecom protocols like Diameter, Radius, SOAP/HTTP, SMPP, Web Services, REST architecture.
- Networking knowledge: protocols, distributed systems, security, high availability.
- Experience in software product testing with tools like Seagull, J-Meter, SOAP UI.
- Understanding of Web Services, XML, JMX, JDBC, JMS, LDAP, Java Security.
- Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
- Knowledge of High Availability Systems (HA).
- Understanding of SDLC in Agile environments.
