Descripción del empleo

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as a Senior Software Developer / L3 Support Engineer.

In a typical day, you would:

1. Be responsible for troubleshooting all L3 cases for complex products and platforms, including identifying causes, resolving issues, testing, and creating patches.
2. Work on the container deployment flavor of the product, which is recently released.
3. Collaborate closely with L2 support, development, and delivery teams to analyze, debug, and resolve product issues.
4. Assist peers in R&D with your strong sense of commitment and ownership, driving tasks to closure with clear communication and courtesy.

Job requirements:

• Proficient programming skills in Java, Python, Shell scripting, with experience in Linux and Unix scripting (Bash).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn virtualization and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of telecom protocols like Diameter, Radius, SOAP/HTTP, SMPP, Web Services, REST architecture.
• Good networking knowledge: protocols, distributed systems, security, high availability.
• Experience in software product testing (functional, system, performance) using tools like Seagull, J-Meter, SOAP UI.
• Understanding of Web Services, XML, JMX, JDBC, JMS, LDAP, Java Security.
• Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
• Knowledge of High Availability Systems (HA) and SDLC in Agile environments.
