Formación

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent.
• Very good knowledge of network and security components.
• Good level of English (at least upper B2).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of network environment focusing on Security.
• Conduct network analysis and troubleshooting.
• Provide support during commissioning and relocations.

Role :

We are looking for a L2 Network Engineer who wants to join us and be part of a great team where "WE" come first :)

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the operation of our network environment, focusing on Network Security, Local Area Networks, and Wi-Fi in our international locations.
2. Conduct analysis and troubleshooting.
3. Provide support during commissioning, relocations, and changeovers.
4. Manage services in daily operations and projects.

Requirements

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Very good knowledge of network and security components from standard manufacturers.
• Excellent working experience with TCP/IP, Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, Enterprise Wi-Fi, Firewalling, and modern authentication mechanisms.
• Experience working with ticket systems.
• Strong ability to understand complex technical issues.
• Good service understanding, communication skills, and very good English skills, spoken and written.
• Willing to participate in our on-call duty.
• Good level of English (spoken and written), at least upper B2.

Home office policy :

Office attendance: -4 times per month if based in Madrid; -1 time per month if based outside Madrid.
