Formación

As a Hemmersbach Technician, you make end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanor. Your role involves direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of second-level support. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing errors, maintaining hardware, setting up/removing workstations, installing and configuring new software (IMACD), and managing user accounts via Active Directory.
  2. Providing local support to resident technicians and remote support to the headquarters of the Corporate Group, according to demand.
  3. Troubleshooting and documenting steps performed to resolve hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
  4. Updating inventory control monthly.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent).
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Experience in OS, applications, and hardware installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Solid knowledge of English (B2 minimum).
