Formación

  • At least 18 months of IT experience or equivalent.

Descripción del empleo

As a Hemmersbach Technician, you make end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanor. Your role involves direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd level support, as described below:

  • Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
  • Provide local support to resident technicians and remote support to the headquarters of the Corporate Group, according to demand.
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
  • Update inventory control monthly.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent).
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Experience in OS, applications, hardware installation, and troubleshooting depending on project products.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Solid knowledge of English (minimum B2).
