L2 End User IT Support Technician (M/F/d) - Spain - Madrid - Young professionals - Full-time

Your Skills:

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving operating system, software & hardware issues
• Minimum of 1 (preferably 2-3) year in IT customer support
• Installation of computer hardware and peripherals
• Software and OS deployment using SCCM or other deployment technologies
• Good English skills (especially reading/writing)

Your Tasks:

As a Hemmersbach Technician, you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanor. You will:

• Help users with their problems and requests, thus putting a smile on their faces
• Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up/remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
• Log your approach and your solution to problems in a ticketing system
• Keep the user up to date and aim for maximum customer satisfaction
