How your day will look like ️

  • Provide 1st and work with 2nd level support to small and medium-sized enterprise customers primarily through ServiceNow and remote maintenance; phone and e-mail communication are used only occasionally.
  • Collaboration with third party providers
  • Analyse, solve and document user problems
  • Create documentation and checklists, and maintain the Knowledge Database
  • Administer access rights
  • Perform administrative tasks and keep internal processes updated


Your profile ️

  • Support experience and ideally knowledge of the Microsoft environment
  • Experience with Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune
  • Proficiency with Windows Server and Microsoft 365
  • A curious mindset and a passion for technology
  • The ability to work independently, customer-oriented thinking, and high-quality standards
  • Native or fluent level of German (at least B2/C1), good level of English
