A leading technology firm is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Developer to work on remote projects. You will develop and customize solutions in D365 F&O, ensuring optimal performance and integration with financial systems. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in X++, Azure DevOps, and strong problem-solving skills. Fluent English is required, and Spanish is a plus.

Dynamics 365 F&O; Developer

Contract: 4 month + EXT

Location: Spain (Remote)

A market leading customer of mine based in Spain is currently partnered with an industry leading financial services company who are looking for a highly skilled F&O; developer to develop and design new interfaces within D365 F&O; to be integrated with financial systems. This is a fully remote role offering strong technical exposure, autonomy, and the chance to work on high-impact, international D365 F&O; projects.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) using X++, extensions, and integrations.




- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in full project life cycles, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Implement data migrations, integrations (via OData, REST/SOAP APIs), and reporting using SSRS and Power BI (where applicable).
- Follow best practices in coding, version control, and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps).

Key Requirements

- Proven experience as a Technical Developer in D365 F&O; (Dynamics AX 2012 experience also considered).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of X++ , AOT, form customizations, workflows, and extensions framework.
- Experience with Azure DevOps , Lifecycle Services (LCS), and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with data entities , integrations , and performance optimization techniques.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be based in Spain and eligible to work without sponsorship.
