Job summary

Spendesk is hiring a Product Designer to help improve onboarding in the KYC, KYB and AML space. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into clear, accessible experiences within complex regulatory workflows.

You will shape end-to-end journeys, conduct user research, validate solutions, and contribute to the Spendesk design system while aligning with business goals and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams.
• Strong product thinking and ability to connect user needs with business goals and constraints.
• Experience with complex workflows, data-heavy products or multiple user types.
• Experience conducting research and validating solutions with users.
• Ability to use metrics and evidence to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Solve meaningful product problems within the KYC, KYB and AML onboarding area.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineers to understand customer needs and deliver improvements.
• Shape and improve KYC, KYB and AML onboarding experiences and explain requirements clearly to customers.
• Explore, prototype and validate different solutions and assess trade-offs with tech teams.
• Help define success measures and evaluate impact of your work.
