Your Responsibilities :

1. Gathering and analyzing customer requirements for vSphere Supervisor with VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation)
2. Create technical concepts focused on Kubernetes platforms on vSphere
3. Conducting strategy workshops and providing consulting on architecture and design based on vSphere Kubernetes Service
4. Developing implementation roadmaps based on strategic decisions
5. Implementing solutions including deployment of namespaces, network policies, pods, and cluster storage
6. Troubleshoot issues in Kubernetes environments managed through vSphere Supervisor

What You Should Bring :

1. Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) environments, especially with VMware vSphere Supervisor (vSphere Kubernetes Service)
2. Hands-on knowledge of vSphere Supervisor (vSphere with Tanzu), including management of Namespaces, Supervisor Services, network policies, storage, security, image registries (Harbor), certificate management (Cert Manager), and ingress solutions (Contour, Nginx)
3. Experience with CI / CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar, integrated into delivery pipelines for Kubernetes environments
4. Knowledge of GitOps with tools like ArgoCD and FluxCD in vSphere Supervisor environments
5. Familiarity with observability tools : vROps, Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit
6. Experience with Linux OS, especially Photon OS
7. Solid knowledge of IP networking, including microsegmentation and network services in Kubernetes using NSX and AVI Load Balancer
8. Analytical skills, attention to detail, collaborative mindset, strong customer orientation
9. Fluent in Spanish and excellent technical English

Ideally, You Have :

1. Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation solutions integrated with vSphere Supervisor and vSphere Kubernetes Service
2. Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions for containerized workloads and VMs
3. Familiarity with NSX and AVI Load Balancer, including Kubernetes integration
4. Participation in migration projects involving containerized workloads
5. VMware certifications (e.g., VCP-DCV with Kubernetes / Tanzu focus) and CKA
6. Automation experience with Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Helm
7. Ability to work according to ITIL and agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
