Verisure seeks a talented IT Platform Engineer specialized in Kubernetes to build, operate and standardize our container platform across on-premises and cloud environments. You will work with EKS, AKS and RKE2 on VMware, driving automation and governance while partnering with Core Cloud and IT Ops teams.

The role requires deep Kubernetes expertise, English and Spanish fluency, and the ability to mentor teams and manage cross-country initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role with hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
• Proven work deploying and managing on-premises Kubernetes (RKE2 on VMware) and cloud (EKS, AKS).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Kubernetes platforms across on-prem and cloud.
• Govern platform security, RBAC, network policies, image scanning, hardening.
• Standardize IaC/GitOps practices and automation for clusters.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Platform teams to align roadmaps.
• Mentor platform operations teams and drive DevOps culture.
