Seqera Labs, based in Barcelona, seeks a Platform Infrastructure leader to own our cloud infrastructure and internal platform. You will guide DevOps and security engineers, shape architecture, and partner with engineering, product, and customers to raise the bar on reliability and security.

You will drive CI/CD, IaC, and cost discipline, mentor a growing team, and report to the CTO as you push for scalable, production-ready infrastructure across multiple clouds.

Formación

• Led infrastructure, platform, or SRE teams with production reliability accountability.
• Deep Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform experience in enterprise settings.
• Strong security depth and ability to lead security architecture discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Own cloud infrastructure reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness for the platform.
• Lead the launch of the dedicated single-tenant hosting offering with tenancy/isolation models.
• Own Helm charts and Terraform provider as products, with versioning and tests.
• Own CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, defining production-ready standards.
• Make cloud cost an engineering discipline with attribution and anomaly alerts.
• Lead security posture and incident response, including runbooks and blameless postmortems.
• Define production-ready standards and ensure consistency across teams.
• Grow and mentor the Platform Infrastructure team and mentor engineers.
