Verisure is hiring a talented IT Platform Engineer in Madrid to lead the Kubernetes platform across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will implement, operate and standardize Kubernetes clusters (RKE2/VMware, EKS, AKS) and drive automation and governance across teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor the team, and contribute to cloud-native architectures while advancing observability with OpenTelemetry and security best practices. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience administering Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• University degree in Computer Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and operate Kubernetes platforms on-premises (RKE2/VMware) and cloud (EKS/AKS).
• Governance, security policies, RBAC and network controls for clusters.
• Champion automation (IaC/GitOps) and scalable cluster operations.
