A leading cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a driven professional to manage local crypto channels in Sevilla. The successful candidate will be a primary contact for key opinion leaders (KOLs) and responsible for executing campaigns to grow user acquisition and trading volume. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in crypto derivatives and robust KOL connections within the industry.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and source local crypto channels per localization plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for channel KOLs, overseeing events and campaigns.
• Work with growth operations to design and execute campaigns.

Fluency in local language

Business sense in crypto derivatives

KOL connections in crypto industry

Familiarity with social media channels

Descripción del empleo

• Source local crypto channels according to the platform's localization expansion plan
• Act as the primary contact person of the channel / KOL, responsible for related events, campaigns and feedback etc.
• Work with growth operations team and channels / KOLs to design and execute suitable campaigns to acquire more users, increase conversions rate and trading volume.
• Responsible for expanding local collaboration resources, performing business development, brand cooperation, resource exchange and other related matters.
• Monitor and assess industry trends and customer drivers and discuss strategies with team lead and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Maintain existing channel / KOL relationships and ensure sound communication between both parties based on business progress.

Job Requirements :

• Fluent in local language to communicate with local counterparts
• Good business sense in crypto derivatives channel and strong KOL connections in crypto industry
• Ability to commit flexible and extended hours to interact with the crypto community
• Familiar with Social Media Channels
