The role involves fostering relationships with local KOLs, managing campaigns to boost user acquisition, and leveraging market trends for strategic decisions. Ideal candidates will possess strong connections in the crypto space and fluency in the local language, alongside notable business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Source local crypto channels as per localization expansion plan.
• Act as primary contact for channels/KOLs, managing events and campaigns.
• Design and execute campaigns to acquire more users and increase trading volume.

Fluent in local language

Good business sense in crypto derivatives

Strong KOL connections in crypto industry

Familiar with Social Media Channels

Source local crypto channels according to the platform's localization expansion plan

Act as the primary contact person of the channel / KOL, responsible for related events, campaigns and feedback etc.

Work with growth operations team and channels / KOLs to design and execute suitable campaigns to acquire more users, increase conversions rate and trading volume.

Responsible for expanding local collaboration resources, performing business development, brand cooperation, resource exchange and other related matters.

Monitor and assess industry trends and customer drivers and discuss strategies with team lead and stakeholders on a regular basis.

Maintain existing channel / KOL relationships and ensure sound communication between both parties based on business progress.

Job Requirements :

Fluent in local language to communicate with local counterparts

Good business sense in crypto derivatives channel and strong KOL connections in crypto industry

Ability to commit flexible and extended hours to interact with the crypto community

Familiar with Social Media Channels
