Our Client, an international manufacturing company and a leader in its industry, is seeking experienced Candidates for the position of Social Media Specialist to join the global marketing team. The person in this role will be responsible for leveraging social media to create inspiring conversations, boost engagement, and build community. Managing engaging content and user interaction, based on social media data and monitoring tools.

Building and maintaining customer relationships and leading online conversations.

Tracking best practices and key performance indicators (KPIs) in social media to continuously improve activities.

Sharing knowledge through training sessions and masterclasses.

Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level).

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and the ability to tailor content to each platform.

Strong copywriting and editing skills—from short tweets to storytelling.

Experience with social media management systems and employer branding tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, SMARP, Brandwatch, etc.).

Interest in the latest social media trends and willingness to test new technologies.

Experience in remote work with diverse teams.

Excellent organizational skills, including managing a content calendar.

Hybrid work option (3 days in-office and 2 days remote).
