A consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Spanish PY consultant to join a support project on a remote basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of SAP experience, particularly in configuration and customization of the HCM module. Overview

RED now has a new opportunity for an SAP HCM Spanish PY to join one of our key partners on an initial 3-month+ contract for a support project.

Start date: September

Duration: 3 months + extension

Location: Madrid, Spain

Remote role

Language: Spanish

Responsibilities / Qualifications

• Senior Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in SAP Spanish PY.
• Experience in the configuration and customization of the SAP HCM module, including employee data management, organizational structures, payroll, time management, among others.
• Deep knowledge of HR business processes related to HR management.
• Proficiency in ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) for debugging programs and reports in SAP.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and both technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical skills to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in project management and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
