Cetin Digital is seeking a Klaviyo Account Manager to optimize email marketing for e-commerce clients. The role involves managing Klaviyo accounts, campaign planning, and collaboration with team members—all within a remote work setting. Successful candidates will possess strong account management skills and a passion for email marketing.

Join Our Team as a Klaviyo Account Manager (FULL TIME)

We're on the lookout for an experienced Klaviyo Account Manager to join our dynamic and remote team. If you have a passion for email marketing and a knack for optimizing Klaviyo accounts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role :

As a Klaviyo Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our clients' Klaviyo accounts. Your responsibilities will include building and refining flows, creating targeted segments, scheduling campaigns, designing opt-in forms, and handling all the technical aspects of Klaviyo to drive results for our clients.

This is a long-term, full-time position. Please only apply if you can commit to this schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan campaigns, write copy, build & optimise emails and flows
  • Collaborate with copywriters / designers & communicate directly with clients
  • Analyse results and continuously improve strategy
  • Join weekly calls and contribute to team ideas, systems & growth
  • Communicate regularly on Slack
  • Attend team meetings

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience with Klaviyo and other email marketing tools
  • Proven experience in account management / optimization.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Availability from Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm CET.
