Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks reliable kitchen staff to support daily meal service across multiple sites. You will assist with set-up, food preparation, line service, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include inventory control, FIFO, sanitation, and accurate meal counts. The role requires lifting and standing for extended periods and adherence to Opaa! recipes and policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure all food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; batch cook and present to customers.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification; maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Maintain FIFO inventory, stock coolers, and restock serving lines as needed.
• Follow HACCP and safety procedures; record temperatures and adhere to guidelines.
• Handle money at service time and operate POS; complete daily paperwork and clock hours.
