Hotel in Consell, Mallorca is seeking dedicated kitchen staff to join its hospitality team. In this role you will contribute to daily food preparation and kitchen operations, delivering tasty meals for hotel guests.

Working hours are 15:00–23:00, full-time under a fixed-discontinuous contract, initial 2-month term with extension possible; gross annual salary €25,935.98. You will prepare buffet for up to 50 guests and help maintain high hygiene standards.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months in a professional kitchen or hotel setting.
• Must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate (carnet de manipulador d'aliments).
• Valid Category B driving licence required.
• Primary education certificate required.

A hotel located in the town of Consell is currently looking for dedicated kitchen staff to join its hospitality team. In this position, you will play an essential role in daily food preparation and kitchen operations, delivering tasty meals and smooth dining experiences for hotel guests.

Your key tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparing and organizing the buffet service for up to 50 hotel guests.
• Cooking and plating à la carte dishes for lunch and dinner services, including paellas, burgers, fresh salads, meat and fish dishes, and desserts.
• Maintaining strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas.
• Assisting with the proper storage and handling of kitchen ingredients and culinary supplies.
• Collaborating closely with your colleagues to ensure efficient service during peak dining hours.

What you bring to the role:

• At least 6 months of relevant experience working in a professional kitchen or hotel setting.
• A valid Food Handler Certificate (carnet de manipulador d'aliments).
• A valid Category B driving licence.
• Minimum educational requirement: Primary education certificate (certificat d'estudis primaris).
• A proactive, dependable attitude and the ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure.

What is offered:

• Full-time employment under a fixed-discontinuous contract (fijo discontinuo).
• Initial contract duration of 2 months, with the possibility of an extension.
• A gross annual salary of €25,935.98.
• Working hours from 15:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive rotating days off each week (with the possibility of working one morning shift week per month).
