Hotel in Consell, Mallorca is seeking dedicated kitchen staff to join its hospitality team. In this role you will contribute to daily food preparation and kitchen operations, delivering tasty meals for hotel guests.

Working hours are 15:00–23:00, full-time under a fixed-discontinuous contract, initial 2-month term with extension possible; gross annual salary €25,935.98. You will prepare buffet for up to 50 guests and help maintain high hygiene standards.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months in a professional kitchen or hotel setting.
• Must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate (carnet de manipulador d'aliments).
• Valid Category B driving licence required.
• Primary education certificate required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and organize buffet service for up to 50 guests.
• Cook and plate lunch and dinner dishes, including paellas and desserts.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards across kitchen areas.
• Assist with storage and handling of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
