Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a proactive Kitchen Storekeeper for Grand Hyatt Barcelona to join our Culinary team. You will receive, store, and distribute food and beverage products across kitchen outlets while maintaining accurate inventory and following food safety standards.

Key duties include inspecting deliveries, rotating stock using FIFO, keeping storage areas clean, and collaborating with Purchasing and Culinary teams to ensure efficient operation.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, storekeeping, or hospitality preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is an advantage.
• Fluent Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and store food, beverage, and operating supplies.
• Verify deliveries, quantities, quality, and expiration dates.
• Organize stock according to procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory records and support stock counts.
• Distribute products to kitchens, restaurants, and hotel outlets.
• Ensure stock rotation using FIFO and monitor expiration dates.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support loading, unloading, and movement of products throughout the hotel.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, and Culinary teams to ensure stock efficiency.
• Comply with Hyatt brand standards and safety procedures.
