Your Tasks

  • Localization and rectification of complex faults in the areas of hardware, software as well as networks and communication systems
  • Working on tickets in the ITSM Tool
  • Creation of solution descriptions and technical documentation
  • Processing of incidents, requests

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • First experience with System Center Configuration Manager / Intune, as well as good scripting skills in Windows PowerShell and Batch.
  • First experiences with Azure AD and Office 365.
  • Strong communication skills and competent appearance.
  • Good knowledge of German and English.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Experience in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11) and the MS infrastructure (Active Directory / Group Policy) and application family.
  • ITIL Knowledge.
