Zoomlion Seville is seeking a seasoned Key Account Sales Manager to drive aerial work platform (AWP) sales and manage major accounts across Spain. The role focuses on developing strategies, securing OEM partnerships, and expanding the rental customer base.

You will build long-term relationships with distributors and industrial clients, negotiate terms, and report on forecasts. Travel within the territory will be required to cultivate growth and ensure exceptional customer support.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in the Aerial Work Platform (AWP) industry.
• OEM background required.
• Strong relationships with major rental companies and key accounts in Germany.
• Understanding of fleet sales, rental models, and key account management.
• Track record of achieving high-value sales targets in the AWP sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• English as a working language is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies for AWPs to achieve targets.
• Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts (rental companies, construction enterprises, industrial clients, distributors).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with major customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; provide feedback to HQ and product teams.
• Collaborate with after-sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts with transparency and accuracy.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development.
