Novocure is a global oncology company developing Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), a non-invasive therapy designed to slow or reverse solid tumor growth. Its commercial product, Optune, is approved for glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe, and Israel. Novocure is also conducting clinical trials for other solid tumors, including lung and pancreatic cancers.

Join Novocure as a Key Account Manager, Spain and drive the acceptance and awareness of TTFields therapy, aiming to make it a standard of care for Glioblastoma treatment.
Your Impact :
Identify high-potential accounts and lead stakeholder engagement to develop their ability to prescribe TTFields.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and characteristics.
Map key players, monitor access environments, and develop high-value conversations to minimize access barriers.
Lead regional and local tactics to ensure business success and access with minimal administrative and financial barriers.
Work closely with the National Access Manager and medical team to provide expert support to accounts.
Your Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in business / science or equivalent; equivalent experience considered.
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in neuro-oncology.
Experience in a commercial function within a medical device or pharmaceutical company.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible.
Self-directed with strong decision-making skills.
Energized by working in a start-up environment.
Spanish mother tongue and fluent in English.
