Descripción del empleo

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you play a decisive role in the growth of 360Learning's business and will join a team of 5 KAMs (Mid-market). You will manage around 100 accounts (existing customers from 100 to 2,500 employees). At 360Learning, the KAM role is 80% sales-oriented, focusing on developing your portfolio and generating growth. You will collaborate with Client Success Partners and internal experts (digital pedagogy, platform structuring, IT) to monitor and execute client projects, which is crucial for upselling success.

We are committed to retaining top talent and encouraging internal mobility after 2-3 years of success, with opportunities to advance to a KAM Large position (clients with 2,500 to 10,000+ employees).

Onboarding and Development Timeline
  1. Within 1 month: Become a Trello and product expert, familiarize yourself with Convexity, meet teams, and complete onboarding.
  2. Within 3 months: Take full ownership of your portfolio, map accounts, define growth strategies, collaborate for upselling, prepare account reviews, conduct presentations, and close €30,000-€50,000 ARR.
  3. Within 6 months: Ensure accurate activity reporting, improve processes, write proposals, negotiate, and close €65,000-€85,000 ARR.
  4. Within 12 months: Prepare for contract renewals, plan upsells, manage client relationships, and meet annual targets.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years in account management or sales, with a focus on revenue generation
  • Experience in SaaS and fast-growing environments like start-ups or scale-ups
  • Active listening, team orientation, excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent in French
