Key Account Manager (KAM), Oncology - Norte

Join BeOne Medicines as a Key Account Manager (KAM) in Oncology for the Norte region.

BeiGene, Ltd. is transitioning to the name BeOne Medicines Ltd., pending shareholder approval, with a phased implementation in 2025. During this period, both names may be used interchangeably. BeOne is rapidly expanding, offering challenging opportunities for motivated, collaborative professionals passionate about fighting cancer.

General Description

Territory to cover : Norte

Under the guidance of the Regional Field Manager, the KAM will maximize the company's products in the territory. Responsibilities include implementing marketing strategies, achieving sales and access targets within budget, developing strategic account plans, and supporting key account customers with honesty and appreciation. The role requires extensive experience managing accounts and territory, with good knowledge of oncology and hospital pharmacy, and working with all stakeholders.

Essential Functions

  • Build BeiGene's brand and awareness in the oncology market within the territory, establishing it as a scientific and healthcare partner.
  • Engage with hospital pharmacies to establish agreements facilitating patient access to BeiGene drugs.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, adding value.
  • Achieve regional sales and access goals, ensuring qualitative performance in collaboration with the market access team.
  • Implement and execute commercial projects to optimize patient care with key customers.
  • Organize and run local symposia and workshops.
  • Gather insights and analyze information to identify strategic opportunities at account level.
  • Participate in and support customer care during local, national, and international meetings and symposia.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards, company values, and legal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in life sciences or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of qualified experience as a commercial representative in the heme-oncology market, with good knowledge of local KOLs.
  • Scientific education and experience in similar roles.
  • Specific oncology knowledge.
  • Alignment with BeiGene's values and loyalty.

Other Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and local language; additional European languages advantageous.

Education Required :

  • Undergraduate degree in science or business preferred; higher qualifications (MD, PhD, MBA) advantageous.

Travel : Approximately 60% of the time.
