A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a specialist sales representative to promote their Dermatology product line in key accounts. Formación

  • 5+ years in specialist pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Dermatology.
  • Experience in Market Access and NHS environments is a plus.

Descripción del empleo

The main purpose of the role is to drive market access, sales growth, and advocate development of Incyte’s products and services within territory priority accounts. Key customers will include doctors, associated medical personnel, and relevant payers/administrators to achieve territory objectives and organizational goals, working within the ABPI code, applicable compliance/legal requirements, and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Deliver therapeutic information on products in line with marketing strategy.
  2. Promote INCYTE IAI Dermatology product to prescribing Dermatologist specialists in compliance with legal and company requirements, according to marketing and sales strategies.
  3. Create formal networks with key decision makers within the territory and with important local players; use these contacts appropriately to develop district business within compliance and legal requirements and company policy.
  4. Gain and share customer insights through market surveillance.
  5. Perform local marketing, sales analyses, and gain patient flow insights.
  6. Organize and conduct regional promotional meetings for physicians and stakeholders.
  7. Manage professional relations with opinion leaders.
  8. Develop and execute customer and account business plans within key accounts to ensure access to medicines.
  9. Understand and map local/regional funding, clinical, and access decision processes; identify key stakeholders.
  10. Ensure a favorable local access environment to maximize sales potential and drive growth.
  11. Document and report daily activities, routine administration, and finances.
  12. Participate in congresses, meetings, and physician trainings.
  13. Work effectively cross-functionally and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  14. Update commercial knowledge continuously and develop disruptive strategies.
  15. Find innovative solutions for barriers and challenges.
  16. Manage personal development plan.
  17. Contribute to a culture of business integrity and ethics.
  18. Act within compliance, legal, and company guidelines.

Requirements

  1. Life Sciences Degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. Over 5 years of experience promoting specialist pharmaceutical products, preferably in Dermatology.
  3. Proven track record in Specialist sales.
  4. Experience or understanding of Market Access and NHS environment is a plus.
  5. Good team player.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  7. Professional appearance.
  8. Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset.
  9. Good IT skills.
