Una empresa líder en el sector de la salud busca un Key Account Manager para gestionar y expandir su cartera de clientes. El candidato ideal deberá tener experiencia en ventas, un fuerte conocimiento del mercado de radiología y habilidades para adaptarse a cambios en el mercado. Esta posición es una excelente oportunidad para aquellos que buscan crecer en un entorno dinámico y desafiante.

Formación

  • Experiencia en ventas a centros públicos y privados.
  • Conocimiento de procedimientos relacionados con licitaciones públicas.
  • Proficiencia completa en español y nivel avanzado de inglés.

Responsabilidades

  • Construir y mantener información precisa sobre los clientes.
  • Identificar nuevos clientes y analizar información de mercado.
  • Realizar seguimiento de llamadas y completar informes en CRM.

Descripción del empleo

Key Account Manager is responsible for serving customers by selling Guerbet's products and services in the assigned territory. The purpose of the job is to implement the sales action plan for the area as directed by the manager and to develop sales competencies and clients' portfolio.

Main responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain accurate information on current and prospective customers and learn market dynamics in territory.
  • Prospect to identify potential customers, analyze the information available, conduct pre-call planning by creating target list, set up geographical zones.
  • Conduct post call follow-up completing required reports and recording activity and other key information in CRM.
  • Adapt own tactics in response to changing market and changing company strategies.
  • Develop managed care / GPO health system knowledge; i.e key players, formulary, develop understanding of relevant disease states and on key competitors.
  • Reach out to more experienced team members for developmental guidance; take initiative to continue to develop self.

Requirements :

  • Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders, competence in radiology and healthcare market, use of pc for reporting and sales analysis.
  • Experience in sales to public and private centers.
  • Full working proficiency in Spanish language and advanced level of English language.
