Responsibilities :

  • Manage client relationships and own target and sales strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between key customers and internal teams to meet account goals.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, overrides, SLAs, incentives, and marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Deliver results, insights, and strategic analysis to partners.
  • Monitor strategies and initiatives; conduct quarterly, monthly reviews, and sales calls.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
  • Propose solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
  • Prepare reports and business analyses to track results and opportunities.
  • Travel quarterly for trade shows, conferences, or sales calls.
  • Report to: Director of Sales.

Position requirements :

  • Understanding of the travel industry, wholesale, and basic API/XML knowledge.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, communication, and organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Existing relationships with key partners like bedbanks, OTAs, TOs, and TAs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive action at senior levels.
  • Based in Spain; remote work permitted.
