Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and oversee sales strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams to meet account objectives.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, overrides, SLAs, incentives, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic insights and deliver measurable results to partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, conference calls, and presentations.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and develop business cases.
  • Propose solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
  • Create reports and analyze business performance to identify opportunities.
  • Travel quarterly for trade shows, conferences, or sales meetings.
  • Report to the Director of Sales.

Position requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the travel industry, wholesale, and basic API/XML knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Existing relationships with key partners such as bedbanks, OTAs, TOs, and TAs.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive action at senior levels with clients and stakeholders.
  • Based in Spain with the ability to work from home.
