Formación

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en ventes B2B.
  • Compréhension forte de l'industrie du voyage et connaissance de base des API/XML.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and take full ownership of targets and sales strategies.
  • Act as the main liaison between key customers and internal teams to ensure account performance.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, overrides, SLAs, incentives, and marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Provide quantitative results, strategic insights, and a deep understanding of business to partners.
  • Monitor strategies and initiatives, and organize quarterly, monthly reviews, calls, and presentations.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and develop business cases for prioritization.
  • Propose solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
  • Prepare reports and conduct business analyses to track results and identify opportunities.
  • Be willing to travel quarterly for trade shows, conferences, or sales meetings.
  • Report to: Director of Sales.

Position requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the travel industry, wholesale, and basic API/XML knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Analytical skills with a proven ability to use data for strategic decisions.
  • Established relationships with key partners such as bedbanks, OTAs, TOs, and TAs.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to influence and drive action plans with clients and stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Based in Spain with the ability to work remotely.
