Your Role
As part of the BU Specialized – Sales Region EMEA team, you will own and drive the relationship with key customers in aerospace / space in the region, ensuring long-term growth and partnership. You will promote and sell our specialized aerospace product portfolio, which includes stainless steels, titanium, nickel alloy seamless tubing, bars, engineering solutions, and future offerings currently under development. You will be responsible for achieving significant sales targets, developing initiatives to bolster our footprint in the commercial aerospace sector, and building on our years of experience serving prestigious customers.

About You
You are a commercially savvy professional who thrives on building strong, lasting partnerships with key accounts customers. With a solid background in sales and/or account management—ideally in the aerospace industry—you know how to turn opportunities into long-term success. You bring sharp negotiation skills, hands-on experience with pricing strategies, contract management, and a deep understanding of how to drive profitable growth. Data doesn't intimidate you—you use CRM, ERP, and analytics tools to make smart, informed decisions.
Working across teams comes naturally to you; you know how to connect with production, quality, and customer service to deliver a seamless experience to your customers. You hold a technical background in mechanical or general engineering, ideally with a focus on metallurgy, enabling you to understand complex technical requirements and effectively communicate with engineering teams and technical stakeholders. Your ability to grasp materials specifications, product performance expectations, and industrial standards sets you apart in managing demanding key accounts—particularly in high-performance sectors like aerospace.
Fluent in English (French language would be a plus), comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment, and ready to travel when needed, you are energized by the challenge of growing key accounts and helping our aerospace customers move their programs forward.
Frequent travels in Europe is expected.
