A leading company in the digital trust sector seeks a Client Relationship Manager to develop and maintain high-value client relationships in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the ICT market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in client retention strategies. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of key clients.

Formación

  • 5 years experience in a similar client management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ICT market, preferably in Digital Trust.
  • B2 level of English; Italian is welcomed.

Responsabilidades

  • Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Resolving customer complaints promptly to maintain trust.
  • Proposing solutions to clients' problems and ensuring timely delivery.

Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients.

Understanding the needs and requirements of clients.

Professional experience of the ideal candidate

In depth knowledge of the ICT market, ideally showing a past experience in the Digital Trust one

Minimum 5 years experience in similar role

Educational Background
