A leading global insurance company is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth by managing strategic accounts and enhancing client relationships. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, all while ensuring a superior customer experience. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years in account management within the insurance sector and excellent communication skills.
Working within our Sales team, your main mission as a Key Account Manager will be to support our lines of business growth by delivering compelling protection products and services through a best-in-class customer experience and sophisticated marketing optimization capabilities.
You will manage Strategic Accounts, develop sales opportunities, act as the client’s primary liaison, interact with global and local internal stakeholders from different departments, negotiate contract renewals, and ensure their financial growth. In this position, you will report to the Head of Sales.
