Descripción del empleo

Working within our Sales team, your main mission as a Key Account Manager will be to support our lines of business growth by delivering compelling protection products and services through a best-in-class customer experience and sophisticated marketing optimization capabilities.

You will manage Strategic Accounts, develop sales opportunities, act as the client’s primary liaison, interact with global and local internal stakeholders from different departments, negotiate contract renewals, and ensure their financial growth. In this position, you will report to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Execute sales activities, including planning, business reviews, reports, and results.
  • Manage negotiations, tenders, and contract renewals.
  • Drive results and monitor the profitability of partnerships.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., IT, digital, marketing, legal, underwriting) to manage and deliver client requirements and coordinate cross-market tenders.
  • Establish and enhance knowledge of products, developments, and trends in the dynamic travel industry, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements to make AZP the provider of choice.
  • Support deal implementation and client onboarding.

What you bring

  • University Degree (4 / 5) and proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the insurance business (5+ years).
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Result-oriented and a critical thinker capable of anticipating and finding solutions.
  • Dedication to high-quality standards and willingness to challenge when necessary.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
