Formación

Position Overview / Summary :

This position provides day-to-day Sales delivery to Agfa customers and the Agfa organization. The Key Account Manager acts as single point of contact to customers for Agfa solutions & services and is responsible for identifying Imaging and DR opportunities, creating an account strategy, coordinating and controlling the sales process, managing customer expectations and negotiating contracts. Cultivating relationships is essential. The role is a combination of products & solutions / services of technical complexity.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities) :

  1. Create and execute a strategic account plan.
  2. Constant update of customer base in MS Dynamics.
  3. Act as single point of contact to assigned customer base for Agfa solutions & services.
  4. Accompany prospective customers from first contact to closing of contract.
  5. Qualification of accounts.
  6. Perform Equipment and solutions presentations and demos.
  7. Define preliminary quotes in Agfa’s configuration and pricing tool (Sofon).
  8. Manage customer relationships.
  9. Negotiate with customers (new sales, service contracts).
  10. Explain and demonstrate the sold products / solutions and think strategically with the customer.
  11. Coordinate and control sales processes.
  12. Being Sales contact in hand-over from Sales to Services.

Who You Are (Qualifications) :

  1. You hold a Bachelor degree in a Medical, Economical or Technical field.
  2. You have at least 5 years of sales experience in value-added selling of products and solutions (including tender management). Experience in medical imaging would be a strong asset.
  3. As a strong team player, you are able to maintain a high level of quality in a continually changing environment.
  4. Strong communication skills and business orientation.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  6. You have very good communication skills in Spanish and English.
  7. You have a driving license (cat. B) and are willing to travel regularly.
