A leading company in sustainable packaging solutions seeks an experienced Key Account Manager to manage strategic accounts across Western Europe and North Africa. The ideal candidate will have a background in packaging or automotive sectors and will focus on driving revenue growth while building strong relationships with clients.

To support this expansion, we are seeking a commercially minded and customer-focused

Key Account Manager

to manage and grow strategic accounts in these regions.

You will be responsible for strengthening key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in packaging, automotive, or circular economy solutions—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, managing contract negotiations, and delivering high-quality proposals

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned automotive accounts, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Collaborate closely with internal teams (product development, engineering, and marketing) to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that meet customer needs

Track, analyze, and forecast account performance, providing regular updates and strategic insights to the Head of Sales

Stay informed on market trends, competitor actions, and industry innovations, and provide input to help shape our client's automotive strategy and product development

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing sectors

Self-starter with strong initiative

Results- and solution-oriented

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

High mobility and willingness to travel
