Une entreprise leader dans le domaine de la santé des femmes recherche un Key Account Manager pour ses solutions chirurgicales. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement des ventes, en collaborant étroitement avec des professionnels de la santé et en apportant un soutien technique. Ce poste combine gestion des relations client et élaboration de stratégies de vente, contribuant à la mission d'Hologic d'améliorer la vie des femmes.

Formación

  • Expérience commerciale dans la vente d'équipements médicaux, en particulier en milieu chirurgical.
  • Antécédents de surperformance des objectifs de vente.
  • Capacité à élaborer et exécuter un plan de vente tactique.

Responsabilidades

  • Effectuer des appels de vente et rencontrer des décideurs clés.
  • Fournir un support technique lors de procédures chirurgicales.

Role : Key Account Manager GYN Surgical Solutions (GSS)

Location : Cataluña region, (based in Barcelona)

What To Expect :

  • Conduct sales calls and meet with key decision-makers to introduce or upsell our entire portfolio of products.
  • Build rapport with existing and new clients.
  • Present and work closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, supply chain, payers, healthcare providers, and others to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide surgical procedure and technical product support during surgeries, as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
  • Stay informed about market information in your territory to maximize market share, product acceptance, and specifications.
  • Travel across the region working within a team of experienced, driven sales professionals.

What We Expect :

  • Ability to produce and execute a tactical sales plan.
  • Commercial experience in successfully selling capital equipment and consumables within the medical industry, specifically within surgical settings, meeting sales forecasts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, building new business pipelines and upselling within existing clients.
  • A proven track record of exceeding forecasted sales targets.
