We seek a commercially minded, customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts in these regions. Responsibilities include strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

This role suits someone with a background in packaging, automotive, or circular economy solutions who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, managing contracts, and delivering proposals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for automotive accounts, nurturing relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions meeting customer needs.
  • Track and forecast account performance, providing updates and strategic insights.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry innovations to influence strategy and product development.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, results- and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High mobility and willingness to travel.
