Ce poste dynamique exige des compétences en communication et une expérience en imagerie diagnostique, avec un fort accent sur l'autonomie et le travail en équipe.

Key Account Manager is the responsible for managing and developing client relationships, promoting Bayer Portfolio, negotiating contracts and ultimately serving customers of Bayer Radiology in the assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities
-Maximize business of Bayer Radiology Portfolio in the assigned territory
-Identify and execute growth opportunities in the assigned territory
-CRM management of assigned accounts.
-Ensure proper communication with customers complying with company and authorities’ policies
-Co-create with the rest of the customer squad added value proposals for the accounts
-Contribute to overall Bayer Radiology Iberia outcomes
-Adequate management of budget assigned maximizing the impact
-Develop and implement strategic account plans
-Conduct market analysis and capture insights to understand customer needs, trends and competitive landscape
-Lead the cross-functional team effort for the assigned accounts
-Co-create with customers integrated solutions including injectors, contrast media, workflow solutions and other products/services
Requirements
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Candidates are required to have a background in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a technical qualification such as Higher Technician in Diagnostic Imaging.
-Previous experience in Diagnostic Imaging, medical devices, or pharma market in field roles.
-Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders
-Strong analytical and finance skills
-Fluent in Spanish, English and Valenciano is a plus.
-Self-organized and autonomous
-Collaboration and Team work oriented
