Formación

  • Minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical sales experience in a hospital setting as KAM.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Rare Diseases, Hematology, and Oncology preferred.

  • Descripción : The Key Account Manager’s role is to promote the Recordati Rare Diseases Oncology Franchise portfolio, identify key accounts, and establish partnerships with key Health Care Professionals (HCPs), hospital Pharmacists, payors, and other key stakeholders at a local level (hospitals). The KAM is accountable for the business results of his / her territory (Cataluña & Aragón).
  • Responsible for sales, objectives, and KPIs in the territory, through successful negotiations with relevant customers.
  • Provide information to HCPs on scientific information regarding rare diseases, the Orphan Drugs environment, and RRD as a company, through an omni-channel approach.
  • Define action plans for the region and products.
  • Organise scientific meetings with opinion leaders.
  • Attend congresses to promote RRD products.
  • Facilitate market access within the territory with local payers and hospitals.
  • Conduct regular analysis of patient tracker data, treatment trends, field realities, and specific needs.
  • Provide market updates during business meetings and prepare regular activity reports.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Marketing, etc.) to align on key account plan objectives and responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical sales experience in a hospital setting as KAM.
  • Experience with Rare Diseases, Hematology, Oncology, niche or specialty products preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills for impactful customer interactions via phone, video, email, text, or face-to-face.
  • Availability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
