Formación

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles similares en la distribución de neumáticos o sectores industriales.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español escrita y hablada.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar relaciones comerciales con socios de distribución.
  • Desarrollar planes comerciales y estrategias de crecimiento para cuentas clave.

Position Overview :

As a KAM Distributor Manager, you will manage and develop key distribution accounts for tyres across all segments. You will ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and service level objectives and be responsible for strategic planning, P&L analysis, coordination with logistics, supply, and finance teams. You will work closely with Marketing & Market Intelligence teams and report directly to the Regional Director for Iberia.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage commercial relationships with major distribution partners, maximizing business profitability and sustainability.

Develop annual commercial plans and growth strategies for each key account, aligned with company goals.

Negotiate commercial agreements, contractual conditions, promotional activities, and sell-out initiatives.

Monitor and analyze customer-specific P&L to ensure expected margins and profitability.

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure appropriate stock levels and on-time deliveries.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with demand planning and Sales teams.

Identify new business opportunities, product development prospects, and continuous improvement in the distribution channel.

Prepare regular performance reports and market analysis.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements :

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles within the automotive, tyre distribution, or industrial products sectors.

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, and logistics / supply chain processes.

Previous experience managing multichannel accounts (B2B, retail, e-commerce).

In-depth knowledge of the tyre market across different segments.

Proficient in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, CRM systems).

Willingness to travel frequently within national and regional territories.

Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.

Proactive, autonomous, and well-organized.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong customer focus and value generation mindset.
